How do I upgrade my account to include Picture Box?

Picture Box is a separate subscription channel which costs just £5 per month when taken with Top Up TV Anytime and £7 as a standalone service. It is a premium movie service, brought to you by Universal Pictures. To subscribe please call 08444 15 20 20.

What channels can I watch with the original Top Up TV service?

The channels currently available with the original Top Up TV service are G.O.L.D (shown between 6pm-11.30pm) and UKTV Style (shown between 1pm-4pm). In addition you can also subscribe to Setanta Sports for only £10.99 a month and a one off connection charge, Setanta features exclusively LIVE Barclays Premier League matches, Clydesdale Bank Premier League games and more.

When can I watch Setanta Sports 1?

Setanta Sports 1 broadcasts 7 days a week from midday right through until 3am the next day.

I don’t understand the charges on my account.

When you first sign up to Top Up TV Anytime, transfer from an existing service, or upgrade to Picture Box, there is a pro-rata payment due which is based on the transition between services. This is in addition to your regular monthly payment.

As your services are billed in advance, this ensures that your billing date remains unchanged, and that your future payments will be for your new subscription amount of £9.99/£14.99. You may see two separate payments show on your statement in the month that you change.

I want another person to be able to make changes to my account.

If you would like someone else to be able to make changes to your Top Up TV account, or simply to discuss the details held, they must be named on the account. Call Customer Services on 08444 159 159 and they will be able to add a named person on your account.
