I am not receiving all of my expected TV Favourites or PictureBox downloads
Check that your signal is sufficient:
- The quality of your signal for TV Favourites and Picture box downloads can be easily determined by the quality of picture and sound you receive on QVC (normally channel 16).
- If the video is poor and/or your experience a breaking up or freezing of the picture and audio or even no video or audio at all it is likely that your signal is not sufficient to guarantee receiving all downloads. If this is the case you may want to consult a professional aerial engineer.
Ensure that your initial activation has been successful:
- You can check that the expected services have been added to your viewing card by checking the card offers.
- Access your card information by pressing:
Menu.
Choosing No.4 - Set-Up.
Choose No.6 - Help.
Press the following number keys quickly in succession 1, 3, 9, 7 - this will take you to the Engineers Menu.
Choose No.6 - Smartcard Information.
- Check that your Smartcard Offers match the following:
TV Favourites stand alone - 8014000000000000
Picture Box stand alone - 8008000000000000
TV Favourites & Picture Box - 801C000000000000
