I am not receiving all of my expected TV Favourites or PictureBox downloads
If you are not receiving the expected number of Top Up TV shows and or PictureBox movies into your Library then it is likely that you may simply have to select all the shows you wish to download using the Menu facility 'Choose Your Channels' or 'Customise Top Up TV'.
It's easy to have these shows added to your download choices:
- Press Menu
- Press Choose Your Providers (5)
- Turn each of the wanted channels from Off to On by highlighting the channel and then pressing the RED button on the remote control
- That's it done. Now exit the Menu and the new show choices should start appearing in you Library after 24 hours.
If this is not successful perform the following simple checks.
Check hard disc drive space:
- To ensure that you continue to receive the full complement of downloads it is advised to keep at least 20% personal disc space free at all times. To check this, access the Choose Your Channels / Customise Top Up TV screen as described above. The personal disc space will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- If you find that you have less than 20% remaining you can increase this by switching off channels that you do not want content from by highlighting them and then pressing the Red Button whilst in the Choose Your Channels / Customise Top Up TV menu. You can also delete some of your personal recordings from the Library.
