You can amend your personal details (including your address) using the My Account area on our website. If you have not yet created an account, select My Account from the main navigation bar and click on 'Create an account'.

Once you are logged in, select the green 'Edit' button next to 'Personal Details'. You can now amend your personal details including your contact preferences. Don't forget to click 'Save changes' before logging out.

Did you know you can also add viewing packs in My Account? Simply go to 'Viewing Packs' within the My Account area, and add the packs you want. You'll just need to ensure your payment details are up to date by going to 'Payment Details' within My Account. Now you're all set to start watching your new viewing packs!
