If you are an existing TopUp TV subscriber, you can access a range of useful self-service features by visiting topuptv.com. These include Adding new subscription channels to your package or Re-enabling an existing channel without needing to call TopUp TV.

Re-enable an existing channel like ESPN is especially useful if you are sure that all your Card, CAM and Equipment set-up is correct and perhaps you just need the signal resent.

It's easy to set-up a new on-line account or to login and use the features available.

If you need to create an on-line account:

1. go to topuptv.com home page
2. select My Account at the top of the page
3. select Create an Account and provide the few details required.
4. Remember your newly created Username and Password and that's it!

Once you have an on-line account, then access My Account by inputting your Username and Password and you can then:
-Edit Personal Details
-Edit Viewing Packs
-Edit Payment Details
-View your Statement

As an example, you can re-enable a 'lost' channel (like ESPN) by selecting Viewing Packs and then Edit.
On the right hand side of the page you will see Viewing Card Options.
Select Re-Enable Viewing card and importantly, tune your TV to channel 34 for approx 30 minutes to restore the channel viewing.
