What are the partial-month charges on my account?

Any changes you make mid-month will show as charges on the next bill date. If you added a service, you will be charged for the part of the month from the date you added the services to the date of your bill.

My bill appears to be wrong - why is this?

Sometimes your bill may come to more or less than you expected. This could be because you've changed your viewing package.

I have re-subscribed. How will I be billed?

Your first bill will cover your services from your re-activation date to your payment due date.
