How can I make changes to my current Top Up TV account?

You can upgrade your account via the 'My Account' tab on the website.

 

Please go to the 'My Account' tab on our website or by clicking on the link below:

Click on the 'Create Account' icon if you have not registered before or 'Log In' with your user name and password.

 

If you wish to do this via telephone, call our Sales Team on 08444 152 030 and they'll be happy to help. We're open from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday.

How can I make any other changes to my personal details?

If you wish to change your personal details, then it couldn't be easier, go to the 'My Account' tab or click on the link below:

Click on the 'Create Account' icon if you have not registered before or 'Log In' with your user name and password.

 

Under 'Personal Details' click on edit and change your details as per your requirements, you can change your address, telephone number, email address and password.

I want another person to be able to make changes to my account.

If you would like someone else to be able to make changes to your Top Up TV account, or simply to discuss the details held, they must be named on the account. Call Customer Services on 08712 714 271 and they will be able to add a named person on your account. Our usual call centre opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

How can I change my payment details including billing date?

If you wish to change your payment details, then it couldn't be easier, go to the 'My Account' tab or click on the link below:

All customers paying by DD are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee, which can be viewed on this page.
