How can I make any
other changes to my personal details?
If you wish to change your personal details, then it
couldn't be easier, go to the 'My Account' tab or click on the link below:
Click on the 'Create Account' icon if you have not

Under 'Personal Details' click on edit and change your
details as per your requirements, you can change your address, telephone
number, email address and password.
I want another person
to be able to make changes to my account.
If you would like someone else to be able to make changes to your Top Up TV
account, or simply to discuss the details held, they must be named on the
account. Call Customer Services on 08712 714 271 and they will be able to add a
named person on your account. Our usual call centre opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
How can I change my
payment details including billing date?
