If you are an existing TopUp TV subscriber, you can access a range of useful self-service features by visiting
www.topuptv.com.
To access these features, you will first need to create an account. To do this, please complete the following steps:
Select
My Account, or go to the navigation bar, top of page right hand side and click on the My Account link.
A Log In box will appear. Click on the link, bottom left hand side, which says 'Create an account'.
To complete your registration, you will need your Viewing Card number (VCN), which is printed on your Top Up TV viewing card. The number starts with '118.'
You will also need your Conditional Access number (CAN). This can be found on the underside of your Top Up TV box (DTR), or on your CI+ CAM.
Once you are logged in, select the green 'Edit' button next to 'Personal Details'. You can now amend your personal information including address details and contact preferences. Don't forget to click 'Save changes' before logging out.
If you have changed your bank account, you can ensure your payment details are up to date by going to the 'Payment Details' area within My Account.
One very useful feature in My Account is that you can add new viewing packs, or re-enable an existing channel, without having to call Top Up TV. Simply go to the 'Viewing Packs' area, and select the packs you want. Please check to make sure your payment details are up to date. Now you're all set to start watching your new viewing packs!
